We collect only the information needed to provide and invoice the service: business contact details, account data and usage data. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed on servers in the EU or the US with encryption in transit and at rest, and retained for the duration of the contract plus the legally required period. Customers may request access, correction, export or deletion of their data at any time by writing to [email protected]. For customers in the EU, we act as a data processor under the GDPR and a data processing agreement is available on request.

• What we collect. Business contact details you give us (name, company, email, website), account data (workspace settings, connected stores and suppliers), usage data (actions in the dashboard, logs needed to run and secure the service), and billing data handled by our payment provider. This website itself sets no cookies; our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookieless and collect no personal data.
• Why. To provide and invoice the service, to answer your requests, to keep the platform secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
• Where and how long. Data is processed on servers in the European Union or the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, and kept for the duration of the contract plus the period required by law (accounting records: up to 10 years).
• Who else sees it. Only providers needed to run the service — hosting, email, payment — under contracts that bind them to the same rules. Marketplaces and suppliers see only what is needed to operate your accounts, as you instruct.
• Your rights. You may ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data, or object to a processing, at any time by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. EU residents may also complain to their data protection authority.
• EU customers. For customer data processed on your behalf, we act as a processor under the GDPR. A data processing agreement is available on request.
